Pathfinder is a strategic communications and fundraising company

Pathfinder was founded in 2024 to address a need.   There are many dynamic and ambitious companies out there who wish to build their business, take advantage of their market opportunity and achieve their strategic objectives.  This may involve raising funds, an IPO or exit to strategic acquirer.  However, it is not the business of a management team to know about the complexities of financial markets, their priority is their business.  At Pathfinder we put in place a communications strategy to target investors and strategic acquirers so that management can remain focused on the business.  Whilst you are focused on your company we are focused on your corporate development plans communicating the inherent value of your business to key target audiences ensuring successful investment or corporate transaction at maximum valuation.
